Odyssey Systems has an exciting new opportunity for a New Equipment Trainer/Fielder supporting Product Manager (PdM) Radars? portfolio of systems responsible for the full scope of radars products, to include legacy, Quick Reaction Capability and Programs of Record tactical radars systems. The radar systems aim to provide accurate real-time detection, classification, tracking and coordinates locations to enable effective counterfire engagements and annihilation of enemy artillery, rocket and mortar systems (AN/TPQ-50 Lightweight Counter Mortar Radar (LCMR), the AN/TPQ-53 Counterfire Target Acquisition Radar (CTAR), FIREFINDER Family of Systems (e.g. AN/TPQ-36/37), and related Foreign Military Sales (FMS) radar systems.)

NET/Fielder: Provides advice, guidance and assistance to gaining command, TYAD Tech, and OEM Tech concerning the Total Package Fielding (TPF), including training, of all highly complex, high monetary value Field Artillery Target Acquisition Radar Systems. In consultation with the Fielding Coordinators and gaining command, manages the scheduling aspects of the fielding process of all Field Artillery Target Acquisition Radar Systems. Executes de-processing, inventory, hand-off, training and documentation. Resolves concerns of gaining command with help of the Fielding Coordinator. Makes decisions and/or recommendations that significantly affect the successful fielding of all radar systems. Serves as the primary New Equipment Training (NET) Instructor for the all products within PM Radars. Trains soldiers on Radars Systems being fielded to end user.
