Understand, clarify, and document requirements Develop and update Training Manuals and User Guides Generate and track Project/Solution/Review artifacts Participate in Scrum ceremonies, Track progress / participate in project review sessions Research software and hardware licensing information Support technical SME's in development of documentation, briefs, tracking releases and change management processes Participate and coordinate meetings, as required by government; setup during meetings, take meeting minutes, create action item tracking items, communicate with internal and external stakeholders, setup phone calls, coordinate and reserve conference rooms and phone bridges Prepare power point briefs, spreadsheets, and other business artifacts for client meetings and conduct user training sessions
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration 5+ years of consultant experience in business analysis Solid written and verbal communications skills with ability to interface at all levels of government personnel Possess exceptional MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Visio, and MS Project skills Ability to work in high-pressure environment Critical Thinker, Problem Solver, and Results-Oriented Experience with requirements gathering, use cases, software mockups, manual and automated functional testing, project planning, user experience expertise, and web applications Skill in communicating operational, technical, and programmatic information to functional users, developers, and program managers
Desired Skills: CCBA/CBAP Certification CSM Certification Worked in an Agile environment Experience with Agile tools and methodologies
