Job Description:

  • Understand, clarify, and document requirements 
  • Develop and update Training Manuals and User Guides
  • Generate and track Project/Solution/Review artifacts 
  • Participate in Scrum ceremonies, Track progress / participate in project review sessions
  • Research software and hardware licensing information 
  • Support technical SME's in development of documentation, briefs, tracking releases and change management processes 
  • Participate and coordinate meetings, as required by government; setup during meetings, take meeting minutes, create action item tracking items, communicate with internal and external stakeholders, setup phone calls, coordinate and reserve conference rooms and phone bridges 
  • Prepare power point briefs, spreadsheets, and other business artifacts for client meetings and conduct user training sessions 

  • Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
  • 5+ years of consultant experience in business analysis 
  • Solid written and verbal communications skills with ability to interface at all levels of government personnel
  • Possess exceptional MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Visio, and MS Project skills
  • Ability to work in high-pressure environment
  • Critical Thinker, Problem Solver, and Results-Oriented
  • Experience with requirements gathering, use cases, software mockups, manual and automated functional testing, project planning, user experience expertise, and web applications
  • Skill in communicating operational, technical, and programmatic information to functional users, developers, and program managers
  • Desired Skills:

  • CCBA/CBAP Certification 
  • CSM Certification
  • Worked in an Agile environment
  • Experience with Agile tools and methodologies
