Byrider is currently seeking an Automotive Customer Service Advisor!

Automotive Customer Service Advisor Rewards:

  • $17 - $20 per hour based on experience

  • Automotive Customer Service Advisor Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and process customer requests for service appointments by phone or in-person
  • Provide assistance to customers with inquiries or concerns
  • Identify customer service problems, conduct research, prepare work
  • Resolve customer service related issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Negotiate customer pay estimates
  • Manage shop volume and workflow
  • Interact with other departments to help ensure location success
  • Provide general information on Service Department policies and procedures
